Sword is designed to help members prevent and treat acute, chronic and post-surgical pain for lower back, shoulder, neck, hip, elbow, knee, ankle and wrist from the comfort of your home, or anywhere. You can visit the website or call Sword at 1-888-492-1860, representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, Eastern.

MDLIVE | Virtual Medical and Behavioral Services
With MDLIVE telehealth, you can seek medical advice from board-certified physicians who are available 24/7, 365 days a year to consult with you over the phone or through live video right from your mobile device or computer. Physicians can provide fast, convenient diagnoses and treatment for many common conditions.
As a Pearson employee, you also have access to MDLIVE Therapy. MDLIVE’s behavioral health therapy services are safe, confidential and convenient. There’s no travel time and no office visit. Just sign in and choose a therapist that fits your needs and make a secure video appointment.
Whether you use MDLIVE for medical services or MDLIVE Therapy, the cost to you is only $10 per consultation. To access MDLIVE, visit the website or call 1-888-632-2738.
You don’t have to be enrolled in a Pearson-sponsored medical plan to access MDLIVE.
