The January 2024 to June 2024 Offering Period will be your first time enrolling for ESPP through Fidelity NetBenefits®. You have until December 15 (11:59 p.m. Eastern) to enroll in the January 2024 to June 2024 Offering Period. When you join the ESPP, you elect to contribute some of your pay to purchase shares of Pearson stock at a 15% discount using the total amount you’ve contributed.
