In addition to giving you a snapshot of your health, the assessment will provide some simple steps you can take to improve your well-being. You’ll receive advice on free programs and tools found on anthem.com and mycigna.com, all aimed at helping you be your healthiest self… because living better starts with feeling better.
The best part is that this tool is just for you. All your answers are protected and will never be shared with Pearson, or used by Anthem or Cigna to determine claim eligibility or payment. Your information might be used to suggest programs or other health and wellness tools that would be right for you, but that’s just another way that Anthem and Cigna are proactively putting your health first.
It’s all about providing you with another tool to safeguard your health and identify any areas to pay extra attention to. Plus, you and your covered spouse/partner are each eligible to receive a $100 gift card after completing the Health Assessment. Health tips and an extra hundred bucks… what could be better?

Anthem Members can access the HA by logging on to anthem.com. Click on the Health and Wellness tab and select “take my HA now.” Within one week of completing the HA, you will receive the instructions via mail on how to redeem your gift.
Cigna Members can access the HA by logging on to mycigna.com. To redeem your $100 gift card, click on “Manage My Health” and then “Incentive Awards Programs.” Covered dependents that log on to mycigna.com with their own unique log-in and password will only see their award earned, but will not have the link to redeem it. The employee is the only family member that has redemption ability.
