With more Anthem options to choose from for 2024, we thought we’d take a moment to make you aware of the some of the services available as an Anthem member:
Building Healthy Families
Building Healthy Families is Anthem’s new, all-in-one maternity management program that can help your family grow strong whether you’re trying to conceive, expecting a child or in the thick of raising young children. Building Healthy Families offers personalized, digital support through the SydneySM Health mobile app or on anthem.com. This convenient hub offers an extensive collection of tools and information to help you navigate your family’s unique journey. You can earn up to $500 as an incentive for participating in the program.
Inclusive Care
Anthem’s Inclusive Care program was created to connect members of the LGBT+ community with doctors and specialists familiar with and sensitive to their needs. The program is designed to provide empathetic care, make care more equitable and reduce health disparities. The program includes access to Inclusive Nurse Case Managers who specialize in gender affirmation support and assess the social, clinical and educational needs of the member. Together, the member and the Inclusive Nurse Case Manager create a flexible, customized care plan that keeps the member at the center of the support.
SydneySM Health Mobile App
With the SydneySM Health you can access your health insurance information right on your phone. It’s like having a personal health assistant in the palm of your hand. Through the app you can:
- Search for doctors, hospitals, labs and other health professionals in your plan. You can search by name, location and type of care. You can even filter by gender or languages spoken, and then check costs before you go to understand what your out-of-pocket costs will be.
- View claims and access your digital ID card
- Check your health records
- Virtually connect with a board-certified doctor through video visits, or have a virtual chat visit for a low cost
The app is available for both Apple and Android phones.
