Even if you aren’t making changes to your healthcare coverage in 2016, Open Enrollment is still a good time to make sure your doctors will remain in your carrier’s network next year, and to review your insurance coverage and beneficiaries.

Currently enrolled but don’t want coverage in 2016? Log on to the Oracle HR System and waive medical, dental or vision coverage.

Want to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) in 2016? Log on to the Oracle HR system and make your 2016 elections.

Don’t forget that you must enroll each year in the Health Care and/or Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account(s), as these do not automatically carry over. The health care limit for 2016 is $2,550 and dependent day care is $5,000.

How to enroll:

  • Log on to the Oracle HR System (https://myportal.pearson.com)
  • Select the Oracle R12 HR and Payroll link (on the left side of the screen)
  • Select PHRP US Employee Self Service
  • Select Benefits
  • Select Enroll or View Elections, Dependents or Beneficiaries
